JARĪR IBN ‘ABDULLĀH 
related that the Messenger of Allah 
said on the day of the Farewell Ḥajj: “Tell the people to keep quiet and listen.” Then he said: “Do not revert to being disbelievers after I [am gone], with some of you striking the necks of others.” [1].
