Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika min sharri mā ‘amiltu wa sharri mā lam a‘mal.
Context
We relate in the Ṣaḥīḥ of Muslim that ‘Ā’ishah
reported that the Messenger of Allah
used to say in his du‘ā’: “O Allah, I seek Your protection from the evil of that which I have done and the evil of that which I have not done.” [16].
