Remembrance 2 from Chapter 164

It is mustaḥabb to supplicate with du‘ā’s apart from the above, and the da‘awāt which will be narrated in the chapters on fear and destruction. As we have mentioned, when the Messenger of Allah saw the Muslims being defeated he dismounted and asked for help and supplicated. The outcome of this was victory; and “You have in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exemplar”. ^[1].
