Qūlū āmannā bi-llāhi wa mā unzila ilaynā . . .

Context

It is Sunnah to recite Say, ‘We believe in Allah and what has been sent down to us. . . (2:135) after al-Fātiḥah in the first rak‘ah of Sunnah ṣalāh of Fajr and Say, ‘People of the Book, come to a common declaration . . .(3: 64) in the second. If a person wishes he may recite Sūrat al-Kāfirūn in the first and Sūrat al-Ikhlāṣ in the second. It is authentically recorded in the Ṣaḥīḥ of Muslim that the Messenger of Allah Honorific symbol did both.
